Oceanfront Stone in Hilton Head

 

I had the privilege these past months working with designer Taylor King on a remodel project on Hilton Head Island. Ms. King's client was interested in a very modern looking buff stone product to be used as a ledge stone on the facade of their home. After sampling several different stones her client decided on our Whisperwood Blend in a natural sawn-back thin veneer. We worked closely with builder Steve Dill to ensure the homeowner received the overall look they wanted. The stone was also carried on to the inside of the home blending with some very unique woods and contemporary stone tiles.

 

Reclaimed Sandstone

Our authentic collection of barn stone features what was once regarded as some the world's finest sandstone. Quarried back in the mid-1800's to early-1900's, this sandstone maintains a density that far exceeds stone quarried today, which made it the preferred building material of the past century. We offer this authentic foundation stone by the bulk pallet in a random mix of shapes, sizes and colors or as a sawn 4" veneer for interior installation.
