Completed in 2011 this Brays Island home underwent an amazing transformation.
Working alongside Brian Powell of Powell Brothers Construction and masonry
contractor Flex Armijo we helped solve major drainage issues that plagued the
existing pool deck. The Virginia based homeowners wanted a relaxing space to
visit for hunting trips and holiday gatherings. After demolition of the existing
pool deck took place the contractor re-poured a concrete pad to alleviate the
water running back under the house.
The homeowner picked Full Color Bluestone because it had a large range of colors from blue to green to brown. We installed bull nosed coping along the pool edge as well as new steps to the screened porch addition. Powell Brothers also continued the bluestone in to the screened in dining space.
